ENGINEERING & MATERIALS
What supports the presence.
Frame, deck, light and access are considered together. The essential details are where the vehicle, stage and room meet.
01Aluminium & finish
The concepts show aluminium profiles, natural-colour surfaces and black powder-coated options. Finishes and edges are coordinated with the architecture. Material choices are recorded in the project quotation.
02Surface & texture
A dark, textured deck keeps attention on the vehicle. Texture, care and the requirements of vehicle placement are considered together. The images illustrate design options.
03Modules & connections
The Car Stage study divides the deck into three sections. The references show bolted profile connections and separate corner components. Module sizes, individual weights and assembly are planned around access to the location.
04Access & ground clearance
Wheelbase, overhangs and transitions between floor, ramp and stage determine the space required. Access is coordinated with the actual vehicle; ground clearance alone is not enough to design the ramp.
05LED & light
A continuous light strip outlines the stage. Technical studies show integration into the inner frame with a 24 V DC concept. Colour, brightness and optional backlighting for logos or lettering are specified for each project.
06Battery & placement
The presentation describes an integrated, replaceable battery for flexible placement. Runtime, charging arrangements and battery access depend on the selected lighting and intended use.
07Bike Stage & wheel support
The concepts show a front-wheel support and ramps. Wheel size, tyre width and the intended position determine which support suits the motorcycle.
08Access & care
Cleaning, surface care and access to the battery and lighting are considered during planning. The stage needs to remain practical after installation.

What information is needed?
Vehicle model, dimensions and weight, photographs and measurements of the room, and access routes. Add your preferences for finish, lighting and personal details.
Can the stage fit the architecture?
Dimensions, surface and lighting are coordinated with the vehicle and architecture. A private collection has different requirements for placement and sightlines than a showroom.
What documentation accompanies the configuration?
The quotation should describe dimensions, materials, permitted load, access, electrical equipment and scope of supply. Any required conformity documentation relates to the specific configuration.
